You have the calculation backward on the sample file you included. Line 17 in the “preloader” movieclip reads:

prcLoaded = ldd/ttl100;

it should read:

prcLoaded = Math.round(ttl/ldd100);

I added in the rounding as well.

Oh I’m sorry ldd/ttl would be good if ldd would be the bytes loaded and ttl would be bytes total. But I accidentally defined them in the wrong order. I’ll send an update to flashden. Thanks for noting. (also, if you like the file, please rate it)

hi dallas, I don’t do any as3, but I’m sure you can use the timeline and all the images in an as3 file. There’s not much code to the whole thing, so if you know anyone who knows as3 he’ll probably be able to modify it for you. Thanks for purchasing :)

Is there is a way to use this as counter to an specific number. I need to create some kind a fake counter increasing by 1 every 10 sec or so. So it will show that products gets sold every 10 secs. Is this possible?
