I just bought this and trying to implement on site.
I cant get it to load on my homepage. Im using SWFObject 2 HTML and Javascript generator v1.2.
If I access the preview.swf directly on my browser it plays perfect but it wont load it into my homepage?
Everything is in place the divs are named correctly, I have tried usinf full urls etc.
I know its half working because the flash box appears and I can change bg colour etc.
Any ideas?
cool file – I have CS4 and I’m trying to increase the font-size of the menu items. I’m going into preview.fla and modifying the menuitem object’s properties, then publishing. The font changes are working for the menu, but now the captions do not display correctly – the text doesn’t appear. Any work-around? I tried saving as CS3 already.

Hi, try to change the cdata to CDATA in the xml? It seems this is a flash player’s bug. Or you can upgrade the flash player. Thanks.

Your caption contains special character? Try to select the caption text and don’t embed the fonts. Thanks.
Yes, my caption have special caracters, but I have already embed those caracters in the text field…
if I turn OFF embed fonts in the main.as the text shows…but is not affected by the “overImage” and “outImage” function, it´s always ON, no alpha tween. I try to include the textCaption with the tweener and not working…

Only the embed fonts support the tween alpha effect. Please make sure embed your special character and the font is Verdana, which defined in the Main.as.

With your help I solve the problem, I embed the ttf font to fla file and link it to the main.as Then I roll back to embedFonts = true; and that makes it work. Now I have it working perfect. Many thanks for your patiente and time.

Hi Sike, I like your design of the news rotator! I’ve got 2 questions though.
Is it possible to change the colour of all the menu buttons from white to some other colours? And is it possible to change the text colour on the buttons to some other colours?
Is it possible for you to customise it so that those buttons are horizontally aligned at bottom instead of at left or right? Thanks.

Great file so far!!!! – One problem – Might be same as above?? I changed a few things on the menu and got it working and looking great but, now my caption over the photo is down off the page – i can just see the very top of it?? Is that set somewhere I can fix? Thanks!!

Hi Sike, founded significant bug, while zooming a browser window, the flash remain in the same proportion as it was, while the rest of page resizing.
Please issue bug fix asap, so that we all could update our preview.swf.

Ok, in any web browser toolbar exist this: view / zoom in. Some user set their browser less or more that default, per example 120% zoom
In that case all page encrease but your flash remain as is. Another word it doesn’t resize along with others. Please responce here http://activeden.net/item/flip-tab-image-rotator/discussion/40698
Because the same bug exist on that product too. I use v1. So I do need fix for that.
