Fluid scroll manager

Fluid scroll enables a direct interaction with a containers (mx.core.Container and descendants, e.g. Box, Canvas). You can put anything inside a container (e.g. an image).

Just drag inside a container and it will smoothly scroll in a desired direction. If you release a mouse button, it will not stop immediately but instead decelerate, with respect to a force of a drag.
