Hi everyone!! I’ve a quiestion. How do I chance the position of the elements, like the “scanlines menu” and the “Choose the video” menu, I would like to move them to the bottom and maybe rezise them. Thanks a lot! My problem is that i move those elements in the .fla file but at the time that i publish, they still appear in the center and the top. :)

Hi,
Inside the “Main_buttons.as” file erase the lines 539 and 541

positionDemoButtons();

stage.addEventListener(Event.RESIZE, positionDemoButtons);
Don’t forget to re-publish the file.

How can I get this to work on a webpage that is not in the same folder? Let’s say I have a HTML file that is deep in the file structure & references this SWF at the top level. HTML files at the top level will play videos but others that are not in the same directory will not. Are you using relative paths somewhere? I need everything to be absolute…

When the flash file is embedded in the html page that is not on the root level, new root for the flash file is the level of the html page.
So where the html page, there is the root for the flash file.

Hi! In your response to aracelicampos questions you reference a file called “Main_buttons.as” I can’t seem to find where this is in the download. Is there a certain path I’m not checking? Thanks!

Take a look at “main.as” and on the line 505 you will find this code:
 stageListener.onResize = function()
Inside that function, all elements get re-positioned every time when browser window is re-sized.
You can add your code there or delete mine.
Inside that function, I’m using my Align class to position the element in the corners of the screen.

ActionScript 2 version doesn’t have a looping function.
If you can work with AS3 version, send me an email, and I’ll give you that file free of charge. :)
