You have to transform first

31 19.0640N N—> +

• 19.0640/60 = 0.317733 ==> 31 19.0640N = +31.317733

75 34.4982E E—> +

• 34.4982/60 = 0.57497 ==> 75 34.4982E = +75.57497

Now you can input the result into the left-up form:

Latitude = 31.317733 Longitude = 75.57497
