You can set the following variables through the .xml files

. The initial canvas color

. The tools balloon color
. The tools rollover color
. The lines that are below and above the canvas area
. The color swatches

You can also set the following variables through the .fla files
. The tool names that appear on rollover
. The space of the letters between them

Moreover, you can customize your own font in the font.fla file
