To remove the tweens you’ll have to recode the 3 functions which show the image. Just take out the tweens and keep the end positions and scales.

Eh, since everything is fully automated it would mean showing nothing more then the name of the image (the filename) since there is no XML or anything else being read. So I’m not saying it isn’t possible, but at it will require a re-code of some sort depending on what you would like to show.

Simply open the FLA and change the background color and re-publish it.

I have problems with certain jPegs. I can’t tell the difference examing files that work with those that don’t. I seems to happen consistently, when I batch covert using automator. If put even one ‘affected” jpeg in the target folder no files will load. The bar just sits there. Remove the one offending file and all load fine. The affected Jpegs load and view fine I all other apps (like PhotoShop, Preview, After Effects, Flash, all versions of) and I’ve tried scalling compressing at different rates, progressive, etc. and then resaving – but those particular files won’t allow loading to take place in your gallery.

Any ideas?? Is there a spec for the image types that suppose to load? Could it be a permissions issue?

That would be quite useful for many situations.

Ehm, sounds like a problem with the file extension (.JPG or .jpg). Please send me a mail at info@dutched.org so we can try and pinpoint the problem and solve it.

As for the filename, indeed the name is in an array kept in the file, so putting a text field up with the filename does not require much.

Hi, when I place the index.swf into my page and test it nothing happens. It’s just a white box. I’m just using the images that you included to test it but nothing is showing. Any suggestions?

This is exactly the thing im looking for but unfortunatly i cant seem to get it to work….when i test it, it just blank and if i test the fla i get this error.

ahhh sorry im guessing i need to setup a local server…..(should read the messages above) now my next question is how would i do this?

could you set it up so that the enlarged image is an anchor link. Each image is a unique link sending you to a site?

I just downloaded the pack and there seems to be a problem with the xml file. I opened it in CS3 and when testing the movie says there is an error opening the xml file, but the path is correct in the script and despite re-download it still had the error. Any suggestions?
