This Guestbook is php and Mysql driven. Just place the files on your server, import the dbs.txt and the login.txt file into your db, Change the connection settings in the php files and your ready to go.
This file also has a adminpanel where you can delete entries. This adminpanel contains a secure login area so no need to worry about people trying to brake in to this section without your permission.
