Html ISO Latin Character Encoder AS2

A simple but useful clip for those who anytime has had problems with latin character encoding. A replacement de-encode function converts the HTML ISO encoding into a correct string that flash displays in the right way.

Easy to use! Sure it will be not a best seller but hope it will save a valious time for those who are “lost in translation” in the (sometimes) confussing flash encoding world.
