do sth like:

Hi, I bought your player a long time ago. Works fine and still great.

I have 2 questions and I hope you can help me out:

1. I want that the playlist and the options are always open

How can I do it?

Also I have a question regarding the size. is the player really doing autoresize, just also in the 16:9 mode. That means is he doing 400×320 in a right scale and size?
