I have a quick question… Why is it that my “Play” and “Info” buttons jump all over the place and in most cases are nowhere to be found. How can I make it stay attached to the thumbnail of the images and video thumbnails?

BTW , I think if we can get this problem solved I finally can get the swf work.

One thing I’ve noticed though. If my browser window is originally set at exactly 590px by 300px, the Play & Info buttons stay exactly where they supposed to – even if I resize the window afterwards without refreshing the window.

But if I change the window to any size (bigger or smaller than 590×300) it re-place the play & info button and they remain there until I change the size of the window and refresh again.

The problem I’m having is that the swf file automatically resizes to the maximum size of the window and in most cases the controls (Play & Info buttons) completely disappear from sight.

1. How can I get the size of the swf file remain at an exact 590×300 and not resize?
or
2. How can I get the buttons to be place right at the center of the thumbnails regardless of the size of the windows?

Well, I downloaded the file and it’s still doing the same thing.

Except this time the size of the swf remains at 590×300 by if the browser window is open larger than 590×300 (which in most cases is maximized), The Play & Info buttons are completely outside of the swf file. here is a snapshot of the page open in Firefox http://envisionadvertising.com/Files/01.jpg

Really like your gallery but would like to customize it a bit. I have a few questions I hope you can answer for me.

1. Am having the same problem with the Play/Info buttons as Fariba21 above (I downloaded the gallery on 2/16). The buttons are approx. 250px below and 100px to the right of my center (outside of the SWF container). How can I adjust the position?
2. How do I add a background image behind the thumbnails?
3. How do I remove the captions?
4. The gallery is set to startFromCenter. I have five thumbnails, so center should be image #3. However, the gallery starts at image #4. How can I change it?
5. Is it possible to reduce the width of the horizontal scroller?
6. When the video is playing, it shows time played/duration in the top left corner of the video. Is it possible to remove or change position?

Regarding my question 1 above, I forgot to mention that I have resized my gallery to 830×380px.

You can disregard questions #2 and #3, as I have figured it out.

Am still not able to center the Play/Info buttons, in fact the Preloader and Close button are off center as well. Once I click play, the Pause/Play toggle button is centered in the video area though.

Would like to have fullscreen option in the video section, if its possible then we can go ahead to buy it. Waiting for your reply.

Can you please quote for the full screen option, i had also bought Floating Media Gallery from you, would like to have the same fullscreen option for it too.

I just bought IgalleryX: Full Media Interactive, I would like to ask, I want to put IgalleryX: Full Media Interactive to another movie using AS2 , loadMovie(“loader.swf”, “_root.movie”); or loadMovieNum(“loader.swf”, 1); but it seems that your movie only works on level 0, could you help me.

and also I want to make it on 1920×1080 canvas size? what should I do?
