On these days, we shouldn’t use progressive media on our projects because people can easily download our protected files, and you can do nothing about it.
Then, one of the solutions is to put your media files in a flash media server hosting and streaming them, then people can’t capture your files, and we will be all happy 
I developed this simple flex mp3 player mxml component, to play some streams from Influxis Server, but can be used with any Flash Media Server Hosting.
Features are:
1. It's dynamic, you can control it via XML Config File.
2. It's customizable, you can change display colors via CSS file.
3. The playback buttons can be customized just replacing the images.
4. Full psd source files included, for customizing playback buttons.
