1. Easily customizable via XML file.
2. Every state has individual settings.
3. Vector made (so it can be resize or reshape and is light weight).
4. Drag and drop.
5. Enable/disable states.
   
6. Add state image (png, jpg, swf, or swf with video embedded).

Edit all states individual settings via XML file:

• State info.
• State abbreviation.
• State name.
• State image (if no image is added, state outline is used automatically)
• State Color when selected.
• State Alpha when selected.
• State background.

MC also includes:

• Percentage Loader.
• Full screen selector.
• Smooth Auto Center on window resizes.
• Rollover & Rollout delay.
