Changing the guitar illustration is easy just replace the guitar MC for the Acoustic one the strings are not in the GuitarMC.

Adding chords is as easy as this, this is a D chord first is the string letter then the fret you want to play on that string. For example E6 string plays open string, A string plays open string, D is the same as E6 and A strings, G string plays 2nd fret, B plays 3rd fret, and E1 plays 2nd fret.

E6_0.play(); A0.play(); D0.play(); G2.play(); B3.play(); E1_2.play();

Then add the key or combination of keys of your keyboard you want to play that chord with. And you are done. All the audio note are in there so you don’t have to create your own. I just can’t add all the chords out there.

As you can see basic As3 knowledge is required.

Hi, I am trying to replace the background in Flash CS5 but the chord diagram always stay behind the background. I click on the diagram and did “bring to the front” but its still the same result on screen and on export.

I’m obviously a newbe in flash… Thanks. Alex
