Interactive Map - USA

will this component easily embed into html? i need to know before I buy. Thanks.

is it possible to have the default zoom of the map focused on a particular region – e.g. the Southeastern US.

I see it zooms there when I click a state there.

This is beautiful but one thing is missing for me. A display or tool tip of the name of the state. I know people should know their own state or others but this would be helpful anyway for somebody navigating the map before actually clicking on a selection.
