Light glows text effect, external logo or image

Pure actionscript 3.0 light glows text/logo effect with xml based configuration.

You can use external xml file or pass config when creating the effect.
Use it “AS-IS” or embed it in your own project.

Works with both internal or external assets:
jpg, png, static movieclips and fonts can be embedded in swf or loaded from external files.

Random Glow Mode

• Show random moving light glows
• Configurable alpha for dark area from 0 to full
• Configurable transition type

Fade Glow Mode

• Fade dark
  • Each glow fade from 0 to full power, then again to 0
  • Item follow glow power
• Reveal dark
  • Each glow fade from 0 to full power, then again to 0
  • Item alpha fade from 0 to full
• Full dark
  • Each glow fade from 0 to full power, then again to 0
  • Dark area is always shown at defined alpha level
  • Configurable transition type

Font

• Can be loaded from external Font Package
• Use any typeface, size or color gradient.
• Multiline text support with html formatting

Glows

• Can be hidden
• Configurable speed and intensity

Transition

• Use any number of different transition, each one with its own settings and multiple items
• type: slideLeft, slideRight, slideTop, slideBottom, crossfade, saw
• duration and delay
