The loan / mortgage calculator v2 for AS3 works to calculate the monthly loan payment and provides a lot of useful details for a loan or mortgage scenario.

Features for the calculator

• Know how much you have to pay each month including taxes, capital payment, payment date, payment plus tax and check the balance of your loan
• Roll over the bar chart and look at the tool tip which has valuable information about interest, capital and tax payment
• See the real cost of a mortgage or a loan
• Save the information in excel format (csv or xml excel 2003)
• Print the obtained results
• There are several parameters that you can customize from the xml file such as language, color, logo, image, etc.
