Magic XML Banner Rotator/Video Player with thumbs

Excellent support ! An answer within 5 minutes and this in a late hour at night!

Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me. I have followed your tutorial on how to add a movie file to the banner, but when I press play there is just a rotating circle and the video never plays.

I have checked all of the paths and they are all spelt correctly.

Hello,

I purchased the banner and noticed it didn’t come with any sample videos or sample xml codes to add video.

I thought it would at least come with one example like on the demo of activeden.net.

I personally don’t have time to do this. I usually just rename the items etc…

Can you please send me the xml sample code to add video.

Also, can I add external url links to the images. If so, please send me the line of code to add. I tried adding Link=”http://activeden.net” to try but that wasn’t working.

Nice template, but have some trouble to get the flv running.

I wrote 3 emails & 1 post, waited 3 days and still no support!

This issue was posted in the past and should be known, respectively a answer shouldn’t be a problem at all – why the resolutions to the problems are not posted here ? (Q&A) -> you don’t have to answer to similar questions again.

I was wondering, is your “excellent support” gone with the wind ?

Regarding your spec. the template supports the following media formats: FLV , MOV , MP4 , F4V , and M4V

I tired all formats, tried different codex nothing works, only your simple 18k “exampleSWF.swf” is doing well, but no movie flickers onto the screen.

I’m still waiting for a useful reply.
