I have bought your FranceMap, we try to use it on our website. My problem, is that i use a Website in flash : www.agemios.com. and when i try to insert your map in our pages, it doesn’t work. could you help me please ? or give us a way to solve this problem.

Seems to be a very good job! Before buying: could you please tell me if it is simple to remove the DOM TOM (Martinique, Guadeloupe…) for a non-flashboy like me. (I have Flash)

I have just purchased your map (very impressed), however, I’m trying to get it to work in a Joomla based web site. It doesn’t work in the way i have uploaded it, using a flash player module to start it in one of the template module positions. It seems to me that it’s not getting the xml file location.

Are you able to help me get this working in Joomla?

I would also like Martinique – Guadeloupe removed.

Thanks Greg,

Putting the xml file in the root did the trick. It doesn’t appear to sit centrally in the module so much of the map is being cut off (clipped). Is it easy enough to resize it – or is there a setting to align the map at the top?

Thanks again for any help – much appreciated. I’ll send you an email to have some of the “islands” and peripheral stuff removed as I only really need mainland france.

Best map I have seen so far. But I have one question and one problem.

Question: If I disable a departement I can still see on the map. I like to remove all the oversees departements in the map. Is there a way to do it?

Problem: If I click on a departement it should open an other page. Not on my Mac, I tried Firefox, safari, Chrome and opera. Does not work.

Solved, it seems that after uploading the files to the web server clicking on a departement gives me the page in de xml file. I was testing it locally on my laptop. If I disable a departement and make the color white I can still see the outline. Is there a way to completely remove it?

Hi,

I am trying to integrate the map into a wordpress site and have not been able to sort out how it is done. Could you give me some direction on it?

I really want to use the map as it is the nicest one I have found and I really like it.
