Masked text scroller

Hi! Great file!

Im having one issue. Occasionally the dragging mask gets stuck and follows the mouse even when released. When this happens, all my other buttons in my flash site do not work.

Hope this makes sense.

This one can be used in fla AS3 ? If not, can you recode it on AS3 ?
