MD Slider v1 (AS3)

A simple slider to display a series of images or swfs. Ideal for whenever you need to display large amounts of data in a limited amount of real estate (i.e. homepage header banners). I have used this file countless times on my own projects and figured it would be helpful to the good peeps at FlashDen

Features:

• XML Driven – add your images and links via xml
• AS3 – completely written in AS3 for optimum performance and stability
• Drag-n-drop – you can simply drag and drop the movieclip to your own file
• Use jpgs, gifs, pngs, or swfs
• Easy to configure:
  
  • Choose from one of four sliding directions (right-to-left, left-to-right, top-to-bottom, bottom-to-top)
  • Change transition/easing types – uses Tweener (1)
  • Set looping to true or false
  • Set it to run automatically or manually
  • Allow images to link to other pages in your site
  • Show or hide navigation buttons and preloaders
  • Change the timing on all transitions
• Only 16KB published.

Requirements

This file requires Flash CS3 and Flash Player 9+.

All code is clearly commented and Instruction file is included.
