Just bought this and seems to work well except:

“Ability to switch off the whole caption on a slide by slide basis”

I have this set to “false” yet the captions still show????

I purchased this item for a person in another department and she is getting this error

Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2036: Load Never Completed.

I passed the zip directly on to her and I have not seen her changes.

Any idea? or should I look at her files?
