Modular XML Template

This is a Flash 9 (Actionscript 2.0) based Modular XML Template so you need FLash 9 or higher to play/edit this file.

Features:

• Easily changeable colors of menu, buttons, loaders, text, ...
• You don’t need knowledge of flash programming to work with this template.
• You can easily change the amount of spacing, the size of the thumbnails and the size of the content frame.
• Everything is loaded in outside of the flash file from a XML file so it’s easy to update the site frequently.
• You can add as much pages like you want, choose their order and give them names.
• You can choose a different background image for each page. The background image will resize automaticly.
• You can add your own PNG or SWF logo that will be displayed on top of the menu.
• The actionscript code is extensivly explained in the FLA .
• Fullscreen support.
• Scrollwheel support.
• All text is html formatted with a linked css so you can easily change colors, link reactions, font size. You can also use unordered lists, special characters like &, é, è, à, $, <, >, /, ”, ’,... You’re also able to make the text bold, underline the text or put the text in italics.
• You can add an unlimited amount of newsitems.
• Title and date of newsitem are seperated from the text.
• You can add a thumb to each newsitem if you want.
• You can add an unlimited amount of photos to your gallery.
• You can add a description for each photo

• There is an example and an empty site in the download

Update 22 january 2009:

• Footer text loaded from XML file
• With mp3 player that loads songs from a separate XML file.
• You can add an unlimited number of mp3’s tothe playlist.
• The first song is randomly selected and then the player loops the playlist.
