This file is a neat little effect – I’ve seen it used many times, but many people can’t figure out how to do it right – some people even use Tween engines for this – which is WRONG 
It’s easy to customize, you can change the speed easily. I’ve used it for preloaders, rollover boxes (tooltips) etc.
There is very lttle code in this (onley 4 lines for the effect itself) so it’s easy to understand and modify.
