Multi user Password a/c with idle session tracking

the same problem as sincmedia here. Also the way the XML is made doesn’t let my online xml editor to use it: now is: <users> <user>000<pass>000</pass> </user> <user>000<pass>000</pass> </user> </users> and I think that should be something like this: <users> <user user="000" pass="000" /> <user user="000" pass="000" /> </users><

So it makes it quite useless for me without been able to creat users on line. Can you please have a look or help on those problems, thank you.
