Multiple Music Projects site template

The mbudm#004 template is aimed at individual musicians or bands/music collectives that dabble in more than one music project. Inspiration has come from people I know for whom music is their main interest and so they are always embarking on new and interesting side projects while simultaneously organising their main band or collective.

The big challenge in making a music template is that by nature musicians are highly individual and have incredibly different needs. Because of this I have added in as much flexibility as I can so that this template can be transformed into a site that truly represents you, your band and your projects.

• Audio Player with artist and album library structure – this is the heart of the template where all your music is stored and played.
• Always available links to your other online ‘homes’ (eg MySpace, FaceBook, iTunes)
• ‘Buy’ and ‘Download’ links or ‘Info’ can be added to each track or album.
• Picture/video wall and video/image gallery with seamless audioplayer integration – just add an id of a track from the library and a miniplayer appears.
• Audio text module with seamless audioplayer integration – just add an id of a track from the library to add a miniplayer into your content.
• News/Event module – RSS compliant so your fans can subscribe to your feeds.
• Contact us and mailing list forms.
• Regular text page – with anchor links.
• External swf pages – add a custom swf of your own design.
• External urls – link from the menu to your blog.
• Highly flexible site structure – nest folders as deep as you need and put different modules where you like.
• Site background and page backgrounds with FLV video loop support – these can be set for each page, a folder or the entire site.
