How do i move the menu to the right?

I run a Mac and just purchased this template. I edit in Dreamweaver CS4 . Upon downloading the file I’m unable to open it because I get this message on my screen;

In order to view this page you need JavaScript and Flash Player 8+ support!

I’ve downloaded several templates from this site and have never had this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ken

how do I change the page title? I changed it in the index.html, but the page title on the browser window still says “mysite”.
