I bought this item but I am having some difficulties…

As someone said earlier, I tried the scroller.FLA file and get the following message: “The class or interface ‘com.pixelfumes.Reflect’ could not be loaded.”

target._parent.r = new Reflect({mc:target._parent, alpha:100, ratio:reflectionRatio, distance:reflectionDistance*100/itemScale, updateTime:null, reflectionAlpha:reflectionAlpha, reflectionDropoff:1});

Its coming from frame 1, line 224.

...and I’m also using CS4 !

You said you will send him the files. Can you please solve this issue for me as well ?

Another thing.. some said AS3 version..so if you have an AS3 version of this item and with this problem solved, I would then prefer AS3 over AS2 .

hi guys, i need you help very quick, thats why i purchased your scroller @ flashden. when i open the fla file and render this (without any changes) for play 10 or 9 or 8 with as3 as2 or as1 … always i see an swf with the scrollbar, the tooltip and the roatating imager preloader … nothinghappends. there are some failures in the compiler window … when i choose anothzer as version or player version, there are differnet failures … i undestand that the as1 or player 6 could noct bee supportet, but the new ones doesn’t work too.

I need a very quick help tomorrow because of project deadline. otherwise i didn’t purchased this one … i need to make some design changes of the scrollbar, and i want to only use the arrow buttons of the scrollbar.

Also when I try to change the background color and size, the scroller won’t load when place in the webpage. Thank you for your help.
