Is it possible to turn off the bevel effect around the menu? I tried playing with the css but when I try “bevelFilter: true”, effect is still active. I want the menu without effect (bevel and shadow) around the edges.

OK first clear your browser cache then try leaving the bevelFilter style blank or empty “bevelFilter:;”. So instead of putting false just leave it blank without quotes. This should remove the bevel filter. Also to speed loading make sure you only load the styles you change and remove or comment out the rest.

I deal with two more small problems.
1.The choice to load image from URL does not work in Chrome and Firefox. Is it possible to fix it?
2. Choice contrast is not working properly in my opinion. When increasing the value, image is rather gray and loses contrast.

Yes you can start the app with any image you like using the flashvars. So if you want to make the image editor open image files dynamically all it would take was a little PHP and it will do exactly as you asked.
