I could not understand which color you are referring to? Flash file doesn’t have any background color. The green color is in html file. Do what ever you wish with html, flash is not linked up with the html background color. As the swf is transparent.

Hello, Unfortunately you can not use the component. As It is declared, it will not work on joomla or any cms. It can not work if your site has mootools already.
Here in your site I found both joomla and mootools. So unfortunately it’ll not work.
