Hi,
I have modified the xml file and uploaded it to the server. But the new xml data wont show up. It only shows the pre-modified xml data.
Is there a need to refresh the file or something?

Is it possible to set the xml path in AS and not through flashvars?

Sure. In “Conf.as” change this part and recompile your SWF again:
if (xmlFile == undefined || xmlFile == "" ) xmlFile = "files/banner-config-1.xml";
where “files/banner-config-1.xml” is default XML file name when no flashvars are set.

Can I run this script from within another flash file or can you only use it with the HTML file

It’s prepared to use as html embedded file – but it’s possible to do use it into another flash file, but those modifications you have to do yourself.
