You should make the tip stay up when your mouse hovers over it, and then drop down when you move your mouse off it. Nicely done anyway.

Great idea! I wish I would’ve thought of that. That could be done very easily by adding a stop command in the movie clip and altering the onRollOut command in the main timeline.

I have altered this file to include the above feature.
