Animated Particle Menu Buttons

The buttons currently open a _blank window when pressed what code needs changing to make them open _self? Also can the buttons be made to animate every few seconds without the need to rollover them?

I found the link myself. for anyone else having the same issue with blank windows opening on each button press.

go into the button and the actionscript on the first page has the code that you are looking for :getURL(“http://”+URL_link,”_blank”); change the ‘_blank’ to ‘_self’ and the button will now open pages in the same window.

I’ve tried scripting the buttons but they don’t work. What am I doing wrong. I just want to tell a movie clip on the main stage to go to a specific frame and stop.

movieClipControl_Name = “image_m2”; movieClipControl_Action = “stop”; movieClipControl_Frame = 2;

I even tried this but it kills the particles all together

onClipEvent (load) { this.onPress = function() { tellTarget (“_root.image_m2”) { gotoAndStop(2); } } }
