Yes customers can pay with a credit card, but they still need to do it via the PayPal site, however they don’t need a PayPal account, you can read more about it here: http://www.eventbrite.com/t/PayPal-optional-setting

Hi,
No you have to send the items manually, and there is no backend as such, it is xml driven so you set up the shop in xml files which is quite easy.
