How the Gallery Works

You create a list of images in the xml file. Then the gallery calculates how many thumbnails can be displayed making sure that no thumbnails ever get cropped regardless of monitor size. If your list is too small, the gallery will just repeat the images from your list to fill the wall. If your list is too large, extra images will be left out. For large lists randomize mode works well ensuring that a random set of images are displayed each time the site is visited.

• Choose to use the tiled dark blanket over the banner photo

• Edit all contact form text including “Thank You” message.
• Choose contact form required fields and validation
• Choose zoom or basic fade for thumbnail rollovers

Special Notes

Although the gallery is very similar to “The Wall”, it is not a direct implementation of this file. Video and SWF are not supported. Still, please feel free to visit The Wall for additional details as to how this gallery works.

Social icons are not included due to copyright reasons. A link is provided where they can be downloaded and used in your commercial projects for free. Easy steps to resize and convert the icons to black and white are included and a basic photo editor is required to perform this task.

Your server must support the following for the Twitter feature to work

• PHP 5
• CURL must be available to PHP
• Use of .htaccess / ModRewrite must be available/granted

In addition, the included cross-domain xml file must be uploaded to your website.

The Twitter API only supports 150 calls per hour. If you feel your website will recieve more than 150 visitors per hour you should not use the Twitter feature.

The menu does not scroll and therefore the amount of menu buttons are limited by its horizontal nature
