Photographr - AS3 Template with XML and Tumblr CMS

Tumblr is a free micro blogling platform, which makes it very easy for anyone to have an blog and easily upload many kinds of media to web for sharing. Each Tumblr Blog or Tumblog for short, has a very user-friendly content managment system (CMS) for the account, which you can now use to place your content in this template. This template can support only the following post types: Regular, Quote, Link & Photo. See the item description page for more about this template’s features.

This template uses 2 fonts. Myriad Pro and Audimat. Myriad Pro is a system font on Mac and widely available for windows users. Audimat is a free font and can be downloaded from the creator’s website here.

In order to make the Google maps in this template function, you will need to get an API Key from Google. These keys are specific to a domain. You can easily and quickly get an API Key here. When you have your key, just paste it into the space provided in the contact XML file.

You need to make sure that you add the template’s root folder to the “allowed locations” list in the flash player, which is a liat of folders or locations on your hard drive that you allow to communicate with the internet. You can do that here. Once the page loads, click on the “Edit locations” drop down. Select “Add new location…”, then browse for folder, find the template’s root folder on your computer, and click OK. Now close the browser page, and relaunch the index.html file in your browser.

Because of the 3D features in this template, Flash CS4 or later is required to edit the flash files. If you need an CS3 version of the template, you will need to save a CS3 version of each fla using Flash CS4 . But in this case you will not be able to use the 3D banner module, as this requires CS4 + and Flash Player 10+
