PhyGallery - photo/video Gallery

Open videoModule.as and edit the lines 56 & 57 with the max values for width & height for the video player (they resize if the window is smaller). Change those and export the new template.swf file.

Open videoModule.as and tweak the resizeVideo function.. from his original state to this : http://pastie.org/1335591
Now the videos will be at their original size, or smaller if the window is too small for them.
Export the updated swf file.
