thanks but that is not the source of the problem. it also works with the syntax U suggested, but when I trace both that and the one I used previously, I get the same result both times, both are pointing to the holder mc. thanks anyway, I hope I’ll have luck solving this later

Random.. Is there any way to make the buttons stay that solid color once selected? In other words, so my clients know what page they are on..

I also wanted to know if there is a way in the source.xml, to make those links open in a different frame…. is this possible?? I can’t seem to figure it out, please let me know.

how can i make it go to a certain frame, instead of a external file or an url link? thanks…

to unload a external swf when the other button is pressed… that is my problem.. how do i do it?

i tried this to unload….but it didnt work:

any ideas on what do i do to unload the movies each time another is loaded?

Hi Random, I want to buy this great menu. I have a little question about this file. Can I set start color from flashvars?

Sorry for my lack of knowledge in Flash, but can you tell me how to make the whole menu fit into a space on the page only 30px high? I could cut the height of the fla, after moving the buttons up, but now they don’t return to their small size when mousing away from them. Basically, how do you resize this menu so it is still fully functional?

I figured out how to resize the whole file, so please ignore my last comment, but I’m wondering about arfx’s comment about “onReleaseOutside.” That seems like a reasonable request, as the menu seems “buggy” without it. Any chance of adding that, or can someone give me clear instructions on how to add this important refinement? Thanks.
