Preloader : Animated Scissors

An animated preloader – as your content loads, a pair of scissors advances along a dashed line and slices off a strip of paper.

To use simply place the preloader movieclip in the first frame of your main timeline, followed by your content on the second frame. No additional actionscripting required.
