Neon Preloader Animated Draggable TooTips: version 1.0.04
These are for those who appreciate smooth animations. I take my time with mini-animations & will be uploading more.
Simple instructions:
1.) There are 3 simple Buttons in the Flash file & 1 movie clip to the left of the stage which contains the frame animation and text fields that will appear in each tooltip.
2.) Change the Tool Tip TITLES & DESCRIPTIONS to whatever you like by selecting a BUTTON & opening the actions panel(F9 on Windows) or WINDOW -> ACTIONS .
3.) You can copy and paste as many as you like.
Lastly, you can double click on them and customize in any way you see fit.
