Preloading 3 SWFS

You should definitely continue the interface and create a template out of it. It looks sexy!

I’ve sent a message about the coding – as when I load my own SWF ’s I do not get the same reaction – and I don’t know where the ‘preloader’ text comes from…

@ qouling : i have seen your email… the preloaders are in the first scene of the movies you are preloading not on the main.FLA.
The preloaded movies have 2 scenes be sure to see them both.
You can see the scenes if you go to the menu and press window>otherpanels>scene.

@ david j coomer: yes you can preload as many swfs as you like. You just have to follow the same structure of the 3 movies i included. That would mean you have to arrange the preloaders in diferent areas of the stage and put your contents on the “Scene 2”.

@anyone: the preloaded movies have 2 scenes, on the help file i mentioned this…. be sure to check both scenes…

Thanks for the info – I have searched through the files and cannot see anything mentioned about 2 scenes – the help file for Flash 8 states:

• be careful with the scene managment, dont get lost, hehe “

That’s not really uiseful for someone who doesn’t know about different scenes…

I liked your idea so much it inspired me to re-make my own website. “Sexy” is the new “black” in my vocabulary.

@ une : i used scenes because i thought it would be easier to understand. turns out people are no finding it that way… i must make another version i guess… i will work on another file

What would you say is the best program to use to edit this file?

ceo: this is a flash based file…so flash is the program you need to edit this file….

i get an error everytime i try to open it – i’m using Macromedia MX

im sorry CEO , the file states clearly that it is for flash 8 and above…

id like to help you… but i have flash 9, and i can only backsave to flash 8

let me see if i find a friend that can backsave to MX
