Q1) streaming just means it can play as it downloads (as opposed to downloading fully then playing) both involve downloading to a temp internet folder. All files that play in your browser download to the machine. So the answer is yes, to both

Q2) yes. It would just mean embedding at the size and place you want it to show. but the html implementation for that is up to you, there is no documentation for doing that, so the dev doing it would have to know what they were doing

Would this fill the screen horizontally if I embed it on a css div at the absolute bottom on a word press blog ?

This is standard flash that can be embedded in html, and whatever size you make it it will be that width. If you place that embedded flash object at the bottom of the html page it will show there. But I am not a wordpress expert, so I will not be able to offer any support on your implementation if you do buy.

I would like to embed just the bar in a frame at the bottom of an HTML page, so that the player will be persistent throughout the site. Will the pop-ups display over the top frame, or will that just be messed up?

Flash in general only displays inside the bounds of the embedded dimensions. What you are saying can be done, but uses CSS and layers and you’d need advanced HTML knowledge.

How feasible is that really? Your bottom bar music player is very awesome, I am just hoping to integrate it in that manner where it can simply continue to play throughout the site.

Do you know of any good tutorials on CSS /Layers that could be pertinent to that?

I don’t know of any tutorials for it. The concept behind it would be the same as making a flash drop down menu that goes over an HTML page, so if you find a tutorial for that then it would teach you the same things
