Hi Flashedge; Nice work, well done.

My problem is this: I need to upgrade pictures size (1024×768) add a total of 50 pictures. When i make “Curve Radius” size from “350” to “550”, zoom in propherty doesn’t work.

Can you help pls.

Thanks.

Keep sure your cameraDistance is always bigger than the chosen radius. Otherwise the camera will turn the other way.

Thanks for the kind words. :)

It seems like your setup uses a huge radius and the camera goes out of range. Though, you can zoom in by triggering the curveCamViewZoom to 100. It will take ages to load so much slides at once, I suggest you to split the gallery in several curves for a better experience.

Hi! Nice one! I was wondering… is there a simple way to skip the animation from the beginning and go directly to gallery mode? ...or can you give me some tips how to do that?

Thanks.

There is no way to skip the loading process, I’m sorry.

Though, you might want to hide the cubes popping in once loaded. You can hide them by adding some little code. Before the loadCubes function call hide the do3d object by setting its visibility to false or just an alpha set to zero. Then enable its visibility in the initVision function which is launched when the loading is over.

I can do it, though it’s considered as a customization. Drop me a mail through my profile page for details. ;)

Edit these three parameters in the xml setup:
bgEnabled="true"
bgFirstColor="0x252525"
bgSecondColor="0x000000"
Like this:
bgEnabled="true"
bgFirstColor="0xFFFFFF"
bgSecondColor="0xFFFFFF"

Hi,

Its really a great product designed by your team, and i really wonder how cool papervision use can be… :)

I believe Louis Philippe home website too uses this component. I want to make something similar, and would really appreciate a quick help in getting that….

my problem: I was working with standalone.fla file to get things placed, but due to some reason, i am not able to start the file in image big mode, it only comes when i click any of the image.

it always starts with thumb view, and gets bigger only when i click. I want to start in big mode and then follow the general navigation designed inside the component to go next and back.

I want to build something similar to Louis Philippe home page view.

Please help me in getting this fixed, as its very urgent. immediate help will really help a lot.

Thanks in Advanced, and trust me, its a worth buying component.

Regards, Hetul.

Try adding the function

 callCube(cubes[0]);

It should open the first slide. Replace zero with the number you’d like to open at startup.

Luois Philippe used this file, but was customized with additional stuff.
