scrollbar class (abstract, ease, blur)

First of all, great component, it is very thorough and well written!

I have followed your guide and got it working in my own project, it works exactly as I expected, apart from one thing; the mouse scrollbar doesn’t work. It works fine in your sample project, but not in my own project. Is there a setting to enable / disable it? I have set _regSimpleScroll.mouseWheelSpeed = 1.5; but it makes no difference.

Also is there an easy way to make the scrollbar have a hover mouse cursor when you hover them?

Actually don’t worry – the mouse scrolling didn’t work on local testing, but works fine when you run it in a browser.
