Hi This is an excellent slider. I have notice though one small bug. On the XML ffffff the colour does not change. All the rest are perfect.

Having a problem with

Doesn’t load a new window.

I’ve inserted a target call for another link with no problems, it’s the one that is specifically used for this that isn’t allowing it.

I have not touched your code. It is written out exactly as you have it. I even went back and tested a clean version as downloaded from activeden. Same issue.

Hi love the way this functions however… I am having an issue with this when loading it into another swf.

I get this output error.

TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
    at com::ShowcaseSlider()
    at flash.display::Sprite/constructChildren()
    at flash.display::Sprite()
    at flash.display::MovieClip()

Any idea what can be done to resolve this?

I get the url not in _blank window but in _self.

I have one more question… I am trying to load a simple slideshow into the media spot, however it just will not work. I have tried about 6 different slideshow scripts with no luck. I commented out line 240 ” if(mediaType == “swf”) e.target.content.gotoAndStop(1); ” in the .as file but still no luck.

How hard would it be to allow more than 1 image per slide that fade will in and out? So basically a built in image slideshow. So the XML might look like this:

If you think it is possible how much would you charge to add this functionality for me?

Hey man, this is a great slider, Thanks a lot. I have one question, is there a way to change the color of the background on the flash stage? Let me explain. When I leave the web page it is on to navigate to a new page it turns white for a split second before the page changes.

Thanks for the file, but I have a question : is there a way to put an image in prevbutton & nextbutton instead of a simple color arrow ? I put my image in the arrows movieclips but I can’t delete the color from the xml file and my image is entirely recover by this color.
