Support is working on it. I think they misplaced the preview file.

Ya, same here. Don’t know what happened when they were setting up my preview.swf…. I issued a ticket but still no reply.

upload the form on your own hosting and put a link so the potential buyers can see it, while you are on the home page, yet.

This form works great! One question though:

How might I call a function that’s on the main timeline when the form is successfully submitted?

You can use the event handler that process the php post call to run a function on the main timeline.
