I might be missing something. The AS 3 .0 version works in Firefox but not in IE7 . Don’t know if it is a AS3 .0 problem or not.

My mistake for placing the blame on the author of this preloader. The problem was with my server. I don’t understand all of the details but my hosting provider was setup to compress swf files with gzip or Mod_Deflate. This caused divided by zero errors. They changed that and it works great now. Thanks.
