Simpler MP3 Player - NO NEED TO EDIT XML - PHP XML

NO CODING – UNLESS YOU WANT TO . ITS EASY ! Simply drag and drop Simpler onto your project, then upload your audio files to the mp3 folder and Simpler and php do the rest for you. PHP HANDLES IT The simpler.php file will create a song list of all your uploaded audio files and the simplerMP3player will play them for you. UPLOAD AND PLAY Your files will be available on your website immediately with no xml editing required. ALSO WORKS WITHOUT PHP You can manually edit the xml file to create a song list if you do not have php. RESIZES to show all of the artist and song title in console window. TRANSPARENT COLORS work with all website designs you can also change settings in xml file. RANDOM or SEQUENTIAL Playlist order with continuous playback. SOFT CROSS FADE – for fade in and out of each song, and on play/pause. DRAG AND DROP – Easy to implement and modify all colors, transparency, font, size, and timing in xml file. • ID3 Tags For the song names to appear you must have ID3 tags in your MP3 ’s at least version 2.3

I use iTunes to manage my songs, if they are not already MP3 ’s the I convert them to MP3 – you then have to find where it went (duh apple)

then select the new MP3 version of the song – or if it already is MP3 then select it

control click – or right click on the file and choose CONVERT ID3 Tags

choose version 2.4 – Files names should appear now.

If you use other programs to manage your songs try looking into MP3 tag converters etc and update the tags.
