hi, I want to change some templates, because i need an other presentation slider for example i must have a text on the left side, in rectangle along the side. this text must stay always the same, during the slider run. so i put on the slider a new layer (on the first scene) with a TextareaClasses called “t2” and I want in my silder1.xml to put the text , but i don’ knom how to do , because the flash don’t recognize it and I have nothing on screen (photos and text), just the rectangle color ! I am new with flash, and I think it’s a problem with script I hope that you understand what I mean because I am french and my langage is not very good Can you answer me as soon as possible because it’s urgently thank’s Monique

Are you able to let me know how to fix this. The problem doesnt seem to occur in V5 only in version 4?

I went ahead and got the version4 as I don’t have a budget for custom work. :(...Fortunately, so far I think it does everything I need it to do. :) I only have two concerns:

1.) I’m trying to add another component that I bought on activeden. Particularly a scrolling xml gallery component…I was able to link my component in the menuPrimary.xml…but when I test the index.html file and click on my link….the gallery looks just perfect but it does not auto center like the other templated projects you included. So then I used the “your_swf.fla” and tried to just drag and drop my gallery into that. And it auto centered but the images in my gallery didnt show up at all…Only the scroll bar for my gallery showed up. How can I add my own swfs/components and have them auto center like the template projects you’ve included.

2.) Is there a way to make the menu always visible? I don’t want it to disappear when I resize the browser.

I tried placing the onResize function in the first frame of my scrolling gallery. But still nothing worked. Do you know of any scripts that might conflict with your script for the “your_swf.fla”? In my scrolling gallery there are some lines that use “_root” and also the first line is “import mx.transitions.Tween;”...do you think that the use of “_root” or the fact that I’m using more another tween along with the lacotween is causing the problem? Is it possible I can send you my files?

Hi, I used css to change the font size. That worked as planned minus that now all of my text does NOT fit within the text box. I’ve looked in fla to change the box size, but no luck. PLEASE tell me how I can fix this. This is suppossed to be very simple but turning into a nightmare. need your help asap. thank you

Love your designs, I have several templates. Thank you for always responding to my questions.

I have recently purchased this template and have everything work great. I have it running on the index.html file that you profided. I am more familiar with index.php files for all of my other sites.

I noticed that if I try and use a index.php regular text links (#/News) will not work.

Do you know if there is a way around this? Are you able to provide a index.php file?

Hi! Awesome template! Got a problem thought, I would like to place three logos in the contact.xml via but its not working! Nothing is showing up. Please can you give me correct code so that I can have the three logos positioned next to each other (same size) above the rest of the contact form, including the title. see below… rest of the form (including the title)

Can you give me a tip how I can fade the thumbnails in the gallery instead of “rotate it” when I do a RollOver with my mouse?

If I change the xml “ROTATETHUMB” to false than nothing changes, but I want a small fade (from alpha 50 to 100 or something, so that the thumb just brighten up a little when you Rollover)

I think I found the as.file I need to change but what exactly do I need to replace…

I hope you can give me a solution. It would help me a lot, because it’s over a month now I’m searching to change that…

Hi Flashmaniac, I have been using this template for quite a while. Recently i have discovered that Firefox behind a firewall isnt loading the ‘YOUR SWF ’ page. Are you able to provide me with a fix to this.

Once again this is only occuring in Firefox at this stage and only when a firewall is present.

a friend of mine has bought this wonderful template and installed here: http://www.gardaclasschannel.it/#/home Well, under IE, Opera, Chrome, Sfari, ecc… it’s all right. But under Firefox 3.6/PC it doesn’t load the player and the menu! And i don’t know why!!! Can you tell me what’s te problem?
