– name him for example “newsy2.xml”

The Flash is needed for the change font face. Fonts are embed in fla file in library.I try to put .SWF background, its show just one screenshot of my flash, how can I extend it to have animated background ?
You must disable smoothing in file xml/configuration_site.xml:<SMOOTHING_BACKGROUND>false</SMOOTHING_BACKGROUND>
